Salomon Adventure Challenge:
Canadian Championship
Bark Lake, ON

September 30, 2006

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

The Salomon Adventure Challenge Canadian Champs has been getting more exciting and competitive every year, and 2006 will definitely continue the trend. We're thrilled to be returning to one of our favorite host sites, Bark Lake, after several years away. An incredible athlete's village atmosphere, great pricing, huge prizing, fabulous race course location, free racing in 2007 up for grabs for top teams, and a memorable season-ending wrap up party with a live band!

This race will likely be the highlight of the 2006 season:

  • Open to Everyone. While this will be a competitive race with the best teams in Canada, there are no qualifications or restrictions. If your team is looking for a longer race experience, this is the best opportunity - it's exactly the same course structure as our 14-hour long course events.

  • Great pricing. Only $550 for the Salomon AC: Canadian Champs, a 10-14 hour Long Course event!

  • Huge prizing. Tons of prizing, including free racing for all 2007 Salomon AC events, and gear from sponsors Salomon, Princeton Tec, Super Wool, Pristine, Backroad Mapbooks, Eureka!, Fugawi and more.

  • Watch out for our rapidly growing all-female category, the ‘Salomon Women Will…’ category – will the Adidas Divas be able to retain their crown as the top female Adventure Racing team in Canada?

  • …and as always, yet another super-fun racecourse in the true spirit of adventure racing! This course has been designed by Bob Miller, captain of Supplierpipeline, who recently took fouth place at Primal Quest!
