HOST SITE:
Esprit Rafting, in
the Ottawa River Valley near Fort Coulonge, QC is one of favorite race locations of all time. Esprit have hosted our events since the first Raid the North almost 10 years ago, and we're still finding great new terrain, and the same old Esprit hospitality! The area
offers exceptional course design opportunities, including daunting
rockfaces and canyons, fun rolling mountain bike trails, and churning whitewater of all levels.
GREAT PRIZING: The top teams in each category (male, female,

Frontier Adventure Challenge Fall Classic
in September, plus tons of great gear prizes from our
sponsors.
We AR Women The We AR Women promotion for new female racers continues to grow in
popularity, and will be a feature of this race again. Enter to win a free race with a celebrity female captain - women only, sorry guys!
POST-RACE DINNER AND AWARDS: Relax on the wraparound deck at the Pointe, overlooking the Ottawa River, and celebrate your achievement. A hot bountiful
dinner served between 5 and 7 allows for a casual social time before
the night begins. Leading up to the party, we'll have an awards
ceremony to recognize the top teams, share race stories, recognize
volunteers, and award more prizes for all sorts of crazy reasons. The course designer and race director will also hold a 'debrief' with interested racers to discuss the strategy and challenges of the course.
POST-RACE PARTY: Stay for the "Best Post-Race Party" (Get
Out There Magazine) featuring a live band all the way from Mexico,
and a cozy bar and patio, with comical race stories, cheesy games,
and unique stunts worth cool prizes.
STAY ON SITE: We've got great accommodations and meal
packages, so make a weekend of it. Come Friday night for the
pre-race pasta and social, stay Saturday night to celebrate your
achievement, and maybe do some rafting on Sunday. A weekend
package will be available for two nights accommodations, dinner
Friday night, and breakfasts Saturday and Sunday!

rafting hangout, with great accommodations, a huge deck
overlooking the Ottawa River, and a wood-fired oven in the
pub! Talk about atmosphere, this is an Athlete's Village!
